“Patrick saved the day when my Mum's shower drain blocked on the day she was travelling overseas for 4 weeks. She was very stressed as she had a lot to get done during the day and was concerned she was going to have to sit at home and wait for a tradie.

Patrick arranged to be at her home at a time convenient for her - a very small 1 hour window - and completely resolved the issue before she flew out that night. She was so relieved because she had pet sitters staying and she needed the bathroom operational.
